[Hughes] This Giants regime has had 3 full offseason : Draft, free agency, trades, re-signings. You can make argument they STILL need QB, WR 2, TE, C (JMS struggles), RG, RT (future), DT, CB 1, CB 2 (evaluation of Banks), SS. This doesn’t even include DEPTH.

  1. Brian Daboll took a Gettleman roster to 10 wins and AP coach of the year.

    The more time Schoen has had the worse the roster has gotten.

  2. Hughes is a clown, but he’s not wrong here. I don’t understand how Joe Schoen has fans. What has he done? Any good moves/picks he might have made have been cancelled out by double the amount of bad moves.

  3. I’m honestly cool with Theo Johnson and Daniel Bellinger. Everything else I agree with though.

  7. How about we stop adding fast feather weights and add some bulk to our defenders. I don’t like the soft identity of our team that Joe Shoen made. Every team runs through us and we can’t seem to stop the bigger receivers either. BEEF UP!

  8. McKinney, Love, Dex, Leo, Thomas, Barkley compared to what we have now. Our roster is probably (very slightly?) better. But it’s also been 3 years with the top draft capital in the nfl

  9. Ya, nobody’s stressing over WR2 and a bunch of holes that don’t matter because there IS-NO-QB! Why isn’t there a viable qb on this team?! Ok, you thought Jones was the guy and you were wrong… but no capable backup?! He was never THAT good that he could outright carry a team. And they just handed him the job without competition, which he could have benefited from. It’s QfuckingB! Nothing else is relevant.

  12. Get rid of schoen and Daboll, bring in Ben Johnson and elevate Brandon Brown, draft a QB and try to fill some holes.
    Having a GM/HC draft a new guy when they’re on thin ice is always a sticky situation and doesn’t help with growth. Bears are a perfect example of this. Three straight QBs were drafted by GMs that were headed out the door.

  13. I disagree on WR2 (a good QB balls out with this receiving corps), TE and CB2 (Banks is a good 2). I think Safety is a minor need. The rest is true.

  14. Fake news, Schoen was hired in January 2022 which means he didn’t have three full offseasons. When entering the 2022 draft the Giants new front office probably had to use info from the Gettleman years.

  15. I don’t think we need TE – Theo Johnson looks like he has some upside and I’m still a fan of Bellinger
