  1. I think the best point was made by Mike when he spoke about the lack of elaboration on Tom’s part. If you make a statement about a fellow player, fellow QB on national t.v. with his goat status, I think he should be held to a higher standard when making critical remarks.

  2. Everyone needs to stop talking about Daniel Jones. The guy has one of the worst losing records in franchise history. He was terrible. He wasn’t the best QB on the roster. He was the highest drafted, there’s a difference.

  3. I highly doubt Tom would have let anybody put him on the bench for a injury clause or been a good sport about it he was one of the most prideful players no chance he just says “I’ll run the scout team safety for 6 weeks”

  4. Jones offered to waive his injury clause to keep starting and it was declined. After Deshaun Watson went down and Bryce Young led a confident victory against the Giants it was pretty clear that Jones was the worst starting QB in the league. It wasn't fair to his backups who were promised potential starts to keep playing him and it wasn't fair to his other teammates to trot out the worst starter in the league at the most important position week after week. He is fabulously wealthy and paid more than any other player on the team and I'm supposed to feel bad for him because he was fired? Nah.

  5. Anyone who criticizes Jones is right, anyone that defends him is wrong. Jones might be the worst player in the history of the league. No one has ever been so incompetent and lasted SIX seasons as a starting qb.

  6. Tom Brady’s analysis is of interest because he’s the GOAT. That’s reason enough to put him on the air. He might not be the most articulate and clear in play-by-play (yet), but he has stuff to say and I’m here for it. Go Hawks!

  7. The way Brady was talking during the broadcast, I don't think he was even aware of the injury guarantee that Jones had in his contract for 23 mill. It certainly didn't sound like it. He admitted he didn't know everything that went down!

  8. There’s benching and then there’s benching to prevent injury and vesting on a contract. When it’s to prevent vesting and they won’t let you compete as a back up or even touch the field, nothing wrong with requesting release.

  9. Brady…lol. Why don’t you come out of retirement and go play for the Giants. Ask Archie Manning what he thinks. I will respect what he says. Archie hung in there…but the league is way different now. Money decisions. Brady…lol

  10. Comments full of jones fanboys crying. Tom Brady dealt with worse than jones at Michigan. Jones wasn’t done wrong by the giants they paid him 100+ million to be a bottom 10 qb for 6 yrs. Miss me with that

  11. Great topic Florio and you made excellent points, but next time choose to discuss it with someone other than Rodney Harrison. Rodney only heard what you were saying, his replies proved he wasn't listening at all.

  12. All Brady was doing is making it clear Jones won’t be a Raider…., just so the new GM and HC don’t get any ideas….. 😏
