  1. really can't wait for Luka to come back! we've been playing really well without him but i think we're getting close to the limit. Hardy and Maxi look really rough, those are 2 guys whos minutes need to come down going forward somehow.

  2. Some notes for u guys Nick&Slightly : 1. It took ILLNESS to Naji make ONLY one 3-pnt-r 😂😂 So its not really fair stat and brake of the Marshall-RULE 🌞🌞 2. There where some ( atleast 2) plays between Kay and Spence in offence, where they showed reaching another level of reading each others game – its small peaces of development to the right direction right there. 3. About Hardy : i get all the slack and the reasons, why uve been gvein it to him those seasons, but there comes a moment where uve gotta ( and so do the Mavs ) ask a question – how many seasons it wil really take to admit the fact, that the basketball iq is not there enough for that dude bein in the team, who wants to WIN IT ALL? My point is, that if u want to beat Celtics ( and other that level teams ) in PO/Finals, u cant, JUST CANT have several rotation guys, who might be unplayable for nightly basis. Just cant. It all comes at the end to that point. ps. sry about mistakes in grammar, English is my fourth language🤷‍♂

  3. The throw aways were atrocious. Especially Hardy. You're looking at a guy in the passing lane and you toss it easy right to him. Kleber too, even Kyrie. Come on guys, recognize the need to move before you pass, or help your teammates after a dribble gets picked up.

  4. Hey i love deviled eggs lol. Slightly needs a good home made batch. Anyways glad the club has been looking good without Luka. It's going to be interesting to see how this team changes with his return.

  5. I hold my breath every time Hardy or OMax have the ball in their hands, although they may have trade value, especially to a young team. At least Hardy can do a reasonable THJ imitation with his Hardy Party explosions. I actually like Jaz better than both — now he looks like the real deal. I wonder if those two will become part of a trade package while they’re still young and worth taking a shot on for a young team?

  6. Hardy looks like he lost “his confidence”? He has no true confidence of a legit NBA player. He’s an ILLUSION. It’s fake confidence. Game after game he kills Mavs runs or is at center of opponents run. Every phucken game…. When he’s hot, people ignore his negative plays, which are consistent. Front office needs to wake up!!! It’s NOT reps! It’s NOT a physical issue. Doesn’t have the head/psyche to be a success in the NBA. Longer Nico waits, less trade value he has.

  7. Hardy just seemed like he was still sick and low energy. All his shots were short and he just seemed hazy. Makes perfect sense if everyone has been sick

  8. Man, all role players have stepped up at some point and shown what they can bring. Once Luka and Klay get back and figure their shit out, it's gonna be REALLY hard to beat this team. Imagine how many things will have to go wrong so that you don't get a good game from at least 2 of Luka, Kai, Klay, PJ, Lively, Naji, Grimes, Gafford and even Spencer (and/or Exum), plus occasional bursts by Hardy if all else fails. Too many guys are capable of being decisive, so horrendous nights for everyone should be really rare, statistically speaking. Looking forward to the next 3/4 of the season.

  9. Well, when Exum/Luka come back, Spencer can still play if Hardy continues to struggle.

Imagine Exum & Spencer both 6'6" guys with PG skills, side by side. Huge back-court 3rd Unit look

One can move to 2-Guard the other PG/ interchangeable. Spencer is showing good Defense lately. Very deep.

  10. As Mavs fans we are super blessed with this podcast crew. The fact that the intro music had to change and Nick still goes out of his way every episode to add a level of charm and warm us up to the new music is awesome. Keep it up guys y’all are the best 🎉

  11. I’m still concerned about getting out rebounded. I believe Max’s better days behind him. PJ plays so much bigger than what he actually is so I believe the Mavs need a backup PF that’s in the 6’8-6’10 range that can help them on defense and the boards. Mavs do not need another scorer as they’ve got enough guys that can score. Hopefully Luka can come back and find away to not shockwave the offense to where the pace is slower because he’s dominating the ball. I don’t care if Luka shoots 25 times per game, I encourage that as long as he’s not dribbling the ball and passing the ball to players with 5 seconds on the shot clock expecting them to make a shot. That’s not practical. I like Luka but I’m not a glazer for ANY player. I like Kyrie but I’m not riding the dudes sac like a lot of his fans. I’m a real fan of my town’s team. I don’t fall head over heels in love with basketball players. I want the team to win so bad. I’m not a fanatical fan I’m a a practical fan. I would no doubt trade Klay if he doesn’t play better. I would not care what the perception would be as long as the trade improves the team. Mavs are in a great situation and are just a backup PF away from being a top 3 team in the NBA. Mavs up glazers down.
