  2. Before it gets asked: he’s not a Passan level source. He’s gotten some things right in the past, he’s from DR and he has ties to the Red Sox as well. Take this with a healthy grain of salt, but know it’s more of note than random dudes on twitter.

  10. For those wondering, he has a spotty track record. He reported the Red Sox were close to a deal with Bogaerts when the two sides hadn’t actually met at all recently. But he did correctly break the news of the Red Sox offer to Yoshinobu Yamamoto.
