  1. I used to follow you, but you have become a weak-minded person who panders to your readers, just like others who are motivated by the money you get from your readers. You are also wrong on Gfrier, and I will use my site to counterpoint your opinion. I am the Dolphin Seer. Google me.

  2. For more than I want them to be a playoff team,I rather not even happen due to the lack luster of a defense and the offense, special team they can't stop no one ever.

  3. All you guys do is wine and complain. "We didn't win!! Someone needs to be fired". While YOU! YES EVEN YOU DOUG! Were talking about how amazing he was after the tunsil trade AND after the tyreek trade. The truth is that if tua doesn't get hurt this year we are right in the middle of the playoff race and this conversation isn't happening. Just shut you. You know Jack about squat 👎

  4. Coming from a winning organization means nothing. We heard all amazing things about Weaver. Harbaugh was touting him as a HC over DC!!!! Our defense right now is awful. Everything has regressed under Weaver. He cant scheme anything past the Dline. So, be careful assuming winning organization creates winning coaches or FO people. Patriots are another prime example

  5. Doug I was with you up to minute 28 when you went all in on 'gotta change it every 3 years, its the nfl' ….. thats the insta grat process that absolutely never works

  6. For Grier to not even offer AVG a contract is enough of a final reason to give this dude his walking papers!!Imo that would of been like them letting Zach Thomas walk in his prime,AVG is of similar caliber of player, always making something happen around the ball and a solid tackler, its too bad,we lost a good one!!

  7. We should fire Chris Greer, but keep Mike McDaniel because Mike McDaniel has done everything he can to try to bring back this team into the playoffs. It’s all on Chris Greer for not getting the right people on the team to help out Mike McDaniel the head coach could only do so much he can’t go outon his own and start drafting his own people not how it works Chris Greer needs to go and then give Mike McDaniel one more year if we put all the right pieces in there, this is your year if not, you’re gone.

  8. We have bigger issues than just coaching! We should've cut our losses back in week 2 in order to position ourselves for a shot at Ward or Sanders – and a REAL shot at a SB! We will ALWAYS only be one play away from another Dolphins season ending QB sack as long as we stick with what we got now! It's hard for players and for fans to get invested in their team under these circumstances imo

  9. I watched Buffalo last night and became sick to my stomach because they are legit super bowl contenders. Its evident that players only come to Miami to enjoy a check along with the perks of living in Miami. We are stuck in purgatory until we decide to change the culture overall.

  10. Bro, you are spot on, no more half measures, this team is the truest definition of insanity, BossRoss are s a billionaire and needs to get a clue as to understanding the team and its issues, we all see them t, what is Marino doing here is he telling BossRoss that this rebuild is a disaster, Buffalo has won 5 straight AFC championships and we are wasting away here, nothing to show for except a couple playoff appearances, the team has regressed

  11. Judging by draft picks is not fair, kind of a crap shoot and its always backwards rebalancing. A lot of people say he gives the coaches the final personel decisions. The pattern started back with Jarvis Landry for 3 bad players, then it was Tunsil for 2 pass rushers that do not play, and Wilkins/Gink for a batch of players only the oldest FA was good. The roster is just always full of holes.

  12. It does not matter- Ross is the issue. Grier is the pick for GM because he does what Ross wants and allows him to meddle with the team. A real GM would not want to come to Miami knowing that Ross wants to influence personnel decisions. The only way this changes is if Ross hires an actual CEO/President (like Parcells was) and lets that person choose the GM and coach. Ross has to guarantees he will stay out of personnel decisions. Until that happens, you are only going to get JR level GMs and coaches

  13. I like your hat. Your Grier draft and FA retrospective was interesting but you’re answering your on question and don’t know it. The root of the problem, the font of bad football decisions is Ross. He can’t hire a GM worth a damn. Jeff Ireland? Dennis Hickey? Mike Tannenbaum? Chris Grier? See where I’m going with this? If the GM is bad the HC hiring will necessarily be just as bad. Joe Philbin? Adam Gase? Brian Flores? Mike McDaniel? Ross is the primary problem. If he does fire McDaniel and or Grier, I have absolutely no faith he will hire competent successors. And it’ll be the same bullshit all over again.
