Starts at the 12:15 minute mark where he talks about it.
He says Tigers have interest him, though he is not sure if Kim is interested in return. He talks about his profile and how he is a perfect fit especially his plate discipline and versatility to play the 3 infield positions (2B, SS, and 3B).
I would give it a listen, very well articulated, and I agree with him. He does seem like the perfect Scott Harris player, but I feel since he is a Boras client, he will go to the highest bidder which probably won't be the Tigers.

Kim is a boras client too? Dammit!!
God please have this happen not Arenado.
Petzold is cool but I’m never touching this podcast again thanks to his cohost
Kim would be a huge pickup. I’m sure Harris loves that he can play multiple positions
I’d love this guy
I want to know the situation with his shoulder. He had a labrum repair. Can his arm/shoulder still handle shortstop?
Would take Kim but I hope we add a bat with some serious power
Let’s gooo been talking about Kim as a guy for a while now. Seems like he’s a real good short stop.
I guess if the Tigers sign him, it will be some deal with an opt-out every year that he signs in March.
It depends on his contract. He’s a good utility player, but the lineup is missing pop.
Sweet. Another utility infielder. Maybe we can just get 6 utility INF and rotate them all
I’ve heard that’s what real teams do. None of this trotting out 3 straight MVP winners in a line up
