I say even if the universe aligns and somehow by some miraculous event, they make it to the playoffs and even if they win that game. (obviously not gonna happen), but even if it did, they should still fire Grier.
Chubb should just stay out until next year. Give him more time to heal up. This season is a wrap. No need to come back now.

We just looked slow as hell against Green Bay! It was weird like we were all in slow motion for the first half. This team, even as it sits with all our defecits, should scare the crap out of opponents. The consistency issues drive me nuts especially when you see they're so damned close. The season has been a disappointment record wise for sure. Call me a Homer whatever, but I truly believe we're goin on another streak and we ain't done! Now come on Cleveland and take care of these broncos!! Phins up till the end!!!

I want to miss the playoffs so we can get a higher draft pick… a new GM might find that more appealing than coming here to deal with the Tua contract and a older roster
