Fire Grier please… why on earth did we not address the OLINE we DONT have a scramble QB we have an elite pocket passer who can literally throw anywhere he wants except for the Deep ball which we don't need..   10. This is the only coach in the history of the Miami dolphins that i can never make it through the first 3 minutes of any press conference, it’s like watching a 7th grader speak in front of his class for the first time ever uhhhhh ummm uhhh ummm.. good lord

  11. The defense is an issue. It has been the whole year outside games where we didn’t play teams with good QBs. We are asking the offense to score 30+ points every game to win and that’s just not feasible. Grier just hasn’t drafted the talent and has kept that talent when he has.
