8. Maybe I’m wrong, but i always assumed good goaltenders like Shesterkin study tape on the team they’re going to play. That way they can see what moves these players will make on breakaway/ shoot out type situations. So good offensive players have to constantly come up with new “razzle dazzle instagram hockey” type moves to fake out the goalie. Hasn’t this always been a thing?

I think his intent was to state the Rangers should be embarrassed to show no emotion in letting Jack Hughes get away with clowning on Shesterkin…which Jack has EVERY right to to as any other player in the league would do if the roles we're reversed especially in rivalry games! The true ''embarrassment'' here is the Rangers themselves. Soft, and lacking leadership from top to bottom especially in this veteran core and being as frail as a 10000 year old mummy at the least little locker room issue that arises while completely folding on itself when things stop going their way. Zero accountability for horrible efforts that are so bad, the players should have to pay fans to watch! Hughes has every right to taunt this lifeless bunch.
