  1. Yeah, hard pass on this one. Also, on the rules of tackling in football, that's a safety issue. This isn't a safety issue. This is a tinkering issue.

  2. the only defensible reason to trade correa, for me personally, is if he asks out.

His salary is overstated imo. What's worth more? 3 Vasquez's or one Correa?

I think the answer is easy there! You'd never get back in FA or a trade anything close to his caliber.

However, I do agree it seems like they will trade him.

  3. Let's just have three hitters hit over and over and have 12 pinch runners that run the bases for them. This is where the golden at bat rule leads. Also the NBA sucks and is losing viewership because of the 3 point line and that every game is just a 3 point contest

  4. I’d be just fine with trading Correa. The Twins ain’t that close to being a contender for a WS title so why keep him around? Of they just needed to add one or two pieces to be legit contenders, then sure keep him around.

  5. I would be careful about always chasing something in order to make Major League Baseball "more entertaining." There's a fine-line between making it subjectively better and pissing off your core audience. See NASCAR. NASCAR was the second most popular thing to watch and/or attend during the week in this county just 20 years ago. Then they tried to make it more entertaining for the "casual fans." It didn't make any new causal fans but all the new rules and "stuff" in the Cup Series have pissed off there core audience so much that the Daytona 500 barely gets 3,000,000 views.

  6. Trade him if he doesn’t wanna be here it’s time to rebuild this thing anyway.
Shop Royce as well see what the market is at the moment for him & if it brings back something that makes sense do it. Make sure you get guys back that look like they can stay on the field tho… we’re a few years away from damn near 2 decades of our future generational star that’s gonna bring us such success injured half of every year can’t do that as a franchise just can’t keep doing that.
Can’t just hope guys stay healthy anymore that’s part of the reason we are in this situation now also those Reds trades were terrible & set the Twins back big time.. for basically that year of Sonny Gray then just let him walk for nothing didn’t even try to bring him back.
