  3. JJ has potential. He has an aggressive mindset and I think he’d make a good head coach some day. I hope this Lakers run doesn’t drive him away from the job. 

    Unfortunately he is not enough to fix the other team issues.

  13. There’s going to have to be some ownership in the Lakers ownership! There’s no waiting for 30 games. They might be 12-18 after 30 games and still no moves.

  15. Too much complacency from ownership, the FO, and these players being here so long.

    Changes need to be made and while I was against it last year. A move for someone like Lavine/Ingram at the expense of our “depth” needs to be explored. This team is nowhere near good enough and a move like that is probably our only option at competing at this point.

  16. JJ needs to remain the coach in the post LeBron era. Letting him go bc Bron’s retirement tour is gonna be full of L’s would be a mistake

  17. JJ will be a successful coach for this team… as soon as the current era is over. I think once LeBron retires, the best move is to sell off all the valuable pieces and try to build a culture anew. I just don’t think this current group has the juice anymore.

  19. idk why people thought this shit would change it’s the same team from last year actually it’s worst now. Why does this team need a major trade every year it’s clearly bc the GM keeps getting shit wrong and we have to spend assets to fix it. I legit cant stand watching this team

  20. Words are just words at the end of the day. Until there is actual action and change, this team is treating redick worst than ham. At least ham got them to care about the cup. Right now redick is no better than ham imo

  23. it’s the lack of fight in this team that gets me. Teams win and lose. it’s the Regular Season. But HOW these losses are happening is what worries me.

  24. This teams is trash defensively- and this is nothing new. Since the bubble we’ve been dog shit on the perimeter. And honestly we don’t have a great defensive roster. We have a bunch of dudes that jack up shots and some nights make them- but we need to trade them for some players that are defensive dogs. Unless the front office knows the championship window is already closed- which I think is the case.

  25. Pelinka should be embarassed. Somehow the Clippers have put together a better roster while Pelinka sits on his hands.
