Should Oilers’ Hyman, Bouchard or Skinner feel snubbed?
It can be argued that the Oilers have more disappointed players than any team following Canada’s 4 Nations Face-Off roster announcement. Is their disappointment justified? Simply no. Skinner is inconsistent. Canada has enough backend offense, so Bouchard isn't needed and Hyman is not having a good season right now.

You don’t need guys who get carried by Mcjesus and Drai in international play when there are other better players and no salary cap
Skinner is not a good goalie
Skinner is not good enough if it wasn’t for the oil scoring 4 goals a game they would lose even more
Skinner is more of a 1B goalie at best. Him being left off isnt a snub.
Those Oiler players left off Team Canada for the 4 Nations Faceoff will have an opportunity to try out for the same team for the upcoming IIHF Adult Men's Worlds tournament in the spring as the Oilers' current season made by then be done given a not-so-good playoff run.
