4. Im not hung up on offense/ defense. New guy/ retread. Good coaches in all forms. Excited to see how we mess it up though

5. Vrabel's cool, if you think another defensive guru is the way I'd prefer an established offense guy, but Vrabel brings accountability and strong leadership. I'd take Ben Johnson or Gruden over Vrabel, but those likely aren't happening, so, yeah.

7. The Jet fan base has checked out. Literally no mention of Jets Dolphins this week. I've never seen so little talk on jets dolphins.

18. Ben Johnson. Ben Johnson. Ben Johnson. Why for once can’t we be the organisation that goes out and gets it right for once and gets the premium coaching commodity on the market. Why can’t we get the structure in place to be able to go out to Ben Johnson and say we have everything in place for you to come in and put your culture and schemes in place. Look at what he’s done with that lions offence he knows how to get everything aligned everyone eats on that offence even the lineman are scoring TDs.

    Before I get the replies I know why – we’re the jets thats why it’ll probably be Eberflus knowing us.

19. Fans hate Arthur Smith, but I think he will cook with this roster, especially if he brings in Fields as a bridge.

20. Rich cimini know as much as everyone else, not much. All we can do we speculate based on who's available now and speculate on who may be let go be the end of the season. But no body knows. Who knows maybe a mike shannahan or mccay may become free at the end of season, who would have seen that coming.

    Arthur smith, Matt Nagy, Matt Patricia, Matt Canada, Luke Getsy, Josh McDaniels, Anthony Lynn, Bill O’Brien and Joe Barry, are all hell no (have to cover the whole do not fly list)
    Stefanski and McDaniel are my 2 that could be fired that i want

22. The reality is that I'm pretty sure they want to nail down the GM first (understandably) and we still have a whopping FIVE football games left to play under Ulbrich… we're gonna be seeing these videos for months boys lol

25. Im now fully on board the Aaron Glenn train. I love what i hear about him from players, coaches, former teammates, everything starts checking the boxes. Leader, accountability, respect, everything we're lacking. I get hes a defensive mind but im like JC, i dont care. He could be a ST coach like John Harbaugh. Just get a true leader.

    Im gonna stay on the Aaron Glenn hype train the entire process. Make it happen.

26. Liam Coen is a great shout. I thought Dave Canales was great but the Bucs offence has been even better under Coen and he’s developed some really good players this year.

27. Vrabel, Johnson, and Glenn are the only guys I really like on this list tbh. A lot of these other guys aren’t even doing a good job controlling their sides of the ball. Still would be fine with Rex or Gruden too. Thanks for the update 🫡👍

28. I think Thomas Demetroff would be an excellent GM. I wish the Patriots could get him but we’re stuck with Elliott Wolf. I’m gonna give him one more year if he messes up like he did this year then he’s got to go

33. you make good points but also think you sell short some of what the jets have on the offensive side of the ball. 2 great wrs, 2 good rbs, an average to decent oline(really think our OL coach is holding us back), and a top 10 pick most likely use on OL/QB

34. As time goes by I think I personally want Aaron Glenn- former Jet and helped create that turnaround in Detroit.
