I always had an issue when BRAND NEW coaches also wanting to be the play caller…. There’s too much to manage for a new coach!
Physical teams prioritizes the Trenches, and LBers. We let Robert Hunt leave, didn’t resign Connor Williams and let DT C. Wilkins walk…. Plus what happened with AVG? regardless of the money and hindsight 20/20. Grier never got in front of this.. mismanaged back up QB… Grier’s attitude toward the OL and bargain basement injured prone vets. We are know at the definition of INSANITY… Keep doing the same thing expecting a new results. Is that what we’re doing? We need new leadership! 🐬⬆️🔥

After 3 years, it is clear…McDaniel is over his head. He is no head coach…an OC at best. Stop with the excuses….he should be fired with Greer. We need a leader among men….not a buddy to all the players
I don’t blame weaver. This is not a talented defensive roster. Especially without Chubb, Phillips, and fuller.
We know there are parts of the team that isn't coached well. Special teams is at the top of my list. Two bad plays in the first 5 or so minutes of the Packers game, one leading to a touchdown. But the defense hasn't been good either. The defense has been hurt some by injuries, but their inability to get off the field is alarming. 20 missed tackles?!?! And yes, the personnel decisions and play calls on offense are still problematic at times. I don't know why Mostert was in the game when they were inside the 2 and they wanted to run it. Mostert or Wright should have been in the game.
This team is a mess with all that talent. Leadership (Mcgenious/grier) have failed the team.
If they still here next year, nothing is going to change.

Can we please just stop putting lipstick on this pig!! A pig is a pig and it will always wallow around in 💩just like this franchise and its SOFT ASS players! Sorry for the negativity but as a fan for 50+ years you get sick of all the talk and 💩and dysfunction year after year. How anyone thought they were going to go to Green Bay and ball out is egregious on its face. They played the Rams, Raiders, and Patriots for God sakes….I'm done with the Hopium and won't believe in this franchise until they actually go out and DO IT on the field. Unfortunately, that means Ronald McDonald needs to go, Grier right behind him, and Ross needs to hand the ball off. The time has come. Look at the Detroit Lions and the model they have created to build a winning culture and attitude. Does anyone of us Dolphin fans see any of that in the franchise as it is currently built??
Come on now, tyreek hill 31M cap is more than entire defense. You want blame a defense that gets 15% of the cap. McDaniels and the offense is spouse to carry this team. That's how we built it. Ultimately, it's on McDaniels and grier. You want weaver to coach low end talent when our headcoach can't coach high end. This rebuild is a failure and it's over. The sooner we realize that the better.
