  5. Nice confidence boost heading into the road trip. Choosing not to read into the scoreline considering how volatile these young teams can be.

  9. I already said this in the GDT, but the fact that they didn’t play down to the level of their opponents is huge. I don’t care if it’s the Sharks, a blowout win like this is a great sign

  11. Kucherov didn’t have a single point even though Tampa scored 8 goals.  What a bum.

  13. The *Friends* theme is a better goal song than whatever it currently is, at least I can hear it. The actual goal song is such a non-entity I don’t even register it playing after we score.

    Just end this experiment and go back to *Goons* already.
