  1. I forgot to mention but this goes without saying he’s a stud on defense too

And he scores like 85% of his points on 5v5 which is insane

We could Potentially have two two way forwards north of 70 pts this season

  2. Anyone who’s actually seen him play knows he belongs on Team Canada. I think there are just a lot of people who don’t know about him and so were probably like, “Wait, who?” when the roster was announced.

  3. You gotta keep him underrated 🎶 (Offspring ‘gotta keep em separated’)

I’d rather he be surprising to teams so the forget to acct for him. I remember when Brayden Point was just murdering goalies and defense bc no one really knew about him yet.

  4. Most teams have no clue to the level of his game. He’s a dog on the puck both ends, has been improving his scoring touch and excellent on the PK. ENJOY WATCHING HIS GAME you’ll be impressed.
What is ironic with the Bolts is the overall PK is puke although trending higher. PK 78% which is barely average in the league but they were until recently in the upper 60% to lower 70% range. That could very well coincide with the fact the team has played the toughest schedule to date. Those numbers both PP & PK should improve although that is still to be determined.

  5. Completely agree. This guy brings it every night. Never stops. Lots of talent as well. He is one of those guys who should be on any team that wants to win. Same as Cicireli

  6. He made a National team, I don’t think that counts as underrated, being selected as one of the 12 best players from the best hockey country…

  7. You think he’s passed Kucherov as the most underrated? Because Kuch is still criminally underrated.

  8. It has been so co to watch this guys get better. He’s skyrocketed to one of my favorite Bolts since he came here. Dude deserves his team Canada spot and more love on a wider NHL scale
