Dark times when Knicks fans used to slate Thibs for not playing Cam Reddish
Fucking fleece. I couldn’t believe there were people who were PISSED we traded cam and a first when cam has had maybe 2 good games in his entire career lol
remember when we thought we were trading for reddish to unite the duke boys and try to chase Zion? Good times
how did we get away w this
Scared the shit out of me thinking hart got trade from the knicks
Remember when mfers cried about the pick in the Hart trade?
Blazers were the last team to think they could get something out of Reddish.
Looks cursed seeing Hart in any other uniform now.
Cam Reddish is a bum
I almost thought this trade just happened and we gave up Hart for Reddish, almost had a heart attack.
Thought hart got traded today almost died
At the time I didn’t think we’d get that first round “value” back. But dudes a damn dawg
Can we retroactively give Leon the executive of the year award for this heist???
never thought he would be this good. when he first came over he was great but then last year he started slow combing off the bench. then injuries forced him into more minutes and starting and his playoff run was epic. this year he’s been on another level.
he’s like our draymond but likable.
LEON doesn’t miss
Who did the pick turn out to be?
Its funny how seeing Hart in a Blazers jersey looks so weird already
Did anyone else see this headline and for a microsecond think we traded Josh Hart before finishing digest the rest of content?
You guys have testosterone on the menu or something?
man there was one game before Reddish got traded, forgot who it was against. This guy played exactly like Latrell Sprewell for one game, it was uncanny how similar the moves were. It was so surreal. You could see flashes of that type of talent in him but he was never able to put it all together.
Big East fan, knew some Lakers fans and was a Kobe fan so I followed his career. He quietly got pretty good in New Orleans and then Portland. I was happy when we traded for him because I liked his versatility, rebounding and the Nova connection with Brunson and was projected to be affordable. Didn’t think a pick in the 20’s and what looked like a bust of a prospect was too much for a really good role player
He’s been way better than I expected. His playing style fits the city, fanbase and coach to a T and his personality has been a huge part of the identity this team has crafted. My favorite Knickerbocker at the moment is Mitch but J-Hart is definitely right up there
Who did that pick turn out to be?
Never understood the reddish hype. He couldn’t shoot or score in college when he had two high college tier teammates…idk why anyone thought he would be able to shoot and score in the NBA effectively.
Like really, wtf was Portland thinking? I am not sure of his role on that team, but they royally fucked up giving him up
