I honestly would be happy with any of the 4 as long as I believed in the GM pairing as well.
BUT I gotta admit Liam Coen is REALLY growing on me

Aaron Glenn as a DC/Vibes head coach, coupled with Mark Brunell as OC
Vrabel made Ryan Tannehill look like a world beater, he’d be my choice off the top of my head.
Coen or Glenn, but only if Glenn brings Brunell
Vrabel. Consistently won with a mediocre roster in Tennessee
Vrabel. He’ll bring the toughness and culture this team needs.
In order for me
Aaron Glenn (what he has done with all the injuries is to be respected)
Vrabel ( if we want culture and toughness, Vrabel is our guy. His Titans were always a tough game no matter the quality of the team)
Liam Cohen (the bucs offense hasnt missed a beat)
Joe Brady (just me maybe another year to marinate and then i would look at him.)
Will say they all have a lot of positives, some even prior success, but I will go
1 Coen. 2 Glenn. 3. Vrabel 4. Brady
Coen I genuinely believe can be the next Kevin Oconnel. Hes from the Mcvay tree. Glenn is by far the best players coach and culture pick. Vrabel is just overall good, but i worry with his last 2 seasons with overcoming adversity.
Brady is the riskiest. Sure he may be a good playcaller, but how much is just being with Josh Allen? We saw Daboll kinda shit the bed in NY after being Allens coach
I want an Xs and Os guy.
Vrabel is a great leader of men, but he’s not Dan Campbell, and he is no great defensive mind either.
Any guy we hire has to be able to fix at least one side of the ball, without relying on coordinators.
That is the only path to any kind of long term success.
I think Glenn then Coen. Don’t want Vrabel.
I have no dog in this fight, but it’s really confusing why Todd Monken, the Ravens OC, doesn’t get included in these graphics.
He produced an MVP season year 1 and in year 2 Lamar is having his best statistical season and still might win MVP if certain things fall correctly. Yet, nobody thinks he’s even a top 5 HC candidate?
I mean I’m all for it as a ravens fan but seems like other fanbases would want a guy like that to lead their team 🤷🏼♂️
Vrabel, final answer
Vrabel 100%. He’s candidate 1B for me.
It’s Joe Brady for me
The dude who used to do things for mayo
Vrabel and it’s not even close
Aaron Glenn
I am starting to believe that Dan Cambell may be responsible for quite a bit more that is happening in Detroit than meets the eye
And all of Ben Johnsons weird “demands” have been reticent
Im honestly at a loss with this franchise, idk wtf it needs.
No offense, but yall are trauma victims if you want Vrabel.
Any college coaches worth considering?
I’d like to give Joe Brady a chance because he’d be offensive minded to help Trevor but with how pathetic this team has performed, we need Vrabel who will get the most out the players and change the culture
Glenn
Whichever will guarantee Baalke is gone.
Glenn or Brady would be my top picks from this list.
Aaron Glenn
Probably Vrable due to HC experience even though I don’t know if he is a great coach. I do think he can provide some toughness and an identity that I think has been missing since Del Rio
Glenn
Give me Vrabel. Screw it
I’d rather have Todd Monken than any of these guys.
Liam Coen
I want Vrabel
It all depends on getting an executive VP and a decent GM. Take football decisions out of sham con’s hands, instill a younger gm from a proven franchise (i.e. ravens, chiefs, eagles), and find a coach that instills discipline and accountability on the players while letting the oc and DC do their jobs instead of covering up for his coaches (press) or players (armstead).
Why is Ben Johnson unavailable
Vrabel, but I’d like to know his OC hire
Why do people think Vrabel can make an organization have consistent deep playoff runs? I think he is super cool “man’s man” and probably a great locker room guy but I feel like he may be getting thrown into HC a little quick.
Vrabel entirely because we really need to develop a better culture and he would be a good candidate to do it with. He lead some decent talent wise Titans teams to good success and they were always a gritty, tough team.
Vrabel with Coen close. Team needs an edge, and I think Vrabel can bring it. But he’ll need a good OC.
