Lindy isn’t shooting well, which is supposed be his strength, but he’s doing decently at all of the other stuff and shows a good bbiq. If he and MM can find their stroke again it would go really far in helping the team
I think its time to stop with anyone can get 20+ points in any given night and start to have a fix 2nd, 3rd and even 4th options scorer whether or not we can get another star.
Can we get D’Fox?
He and Steph has a connection. Shoes and everything. He is a point guard too which we sorely need. Steph can slide to SG. He is also a cool cat and had never had any beef with GSW. Thoughts?
Are we still on the GP2 trade train? Because that defense last night would be useful in the playoffs if we match up with the Wolves.
If we’re not, might I suggest getting Dennis Schroeder instead. He’s balling out, great scorer, great playmaker, and I think he would fill up that missing spot in the starting lineup very well. He’s not a star, but we can’t get a star in this deadline anyways despite what Shams says. His contract and Melton’s are almost the same, which means matching salaries will not be a problem. Also a dawg in the playoffs. Him and Dray respect each other despite their history on the court so chemistry won’t be a problem. Schroeder even gave Dray a shout out in his ig story after that Lakers series, and Dray gave back respect to Schroeder in his podcast saying he changed that series for the Lakers.
We have an elite defense, but we just lack that another scoring threat. Buddy can get hot sometimes, and we are nearly unbeatable when he does, but we need that consistent 18-20ppg. I’m still down for Cam Thomas or Coby White if possible
