Now we need you to gracefully accept defeat and step aside for the Black head coach you've been fending off for years and the players can fully relate to. Just like Mike Tomlin. So we can finally stop Lamar from being sabotaged to protect your tenure. And allow him to use his talents and win his Super Bowl. Finally free from you. You're a phony John.   6. So many comments blaming the coach, who you going to replace him with? Grass is always greener to the casual fan. Everyone thinks we’ll change the coach and go 16-0. Change the coach and maybe we can be like the falcons, raiders, giants, cowboys, and 28 other teams that pray and hope to make the playoffs every year and that’s their benchmark and goal. Guy has had his staff poached year in and out and still has manage to over achieve. For all you who believe the roster is stacked, it’s not, it’s a good roster with some some real holes and lacking depth. With that said, hasn’t loss a game by more than a score this year. I think the average Raven fan is too emotional and never wants to give him his credit

  10. And the media doesn’t ask any questions as to why Ben Cleveland is not playing why aren’t the best people on the team on the field they act like there freaking scared to ask JT. If this coach was anybody else black, they will be grilling him. I don’t know why they won’t ask him if he loses and don’t make it to the playoffs is he going to step How are you gonna be playing your best football now and you haven’t done it all season this media crew is trash just like the head coach
