  1. Less than ideal. Came out ice cold to start the game and never warmed up. 3 goals on 17 shots isn’t horrible, but also only having 17 shots is concerning. Letting in 5 also didn’t do any favors.

    Onto the next.

  2. Just a rough game overall. I cannot believe that we somehow got 3 goals. Regardless, there were some big problems with pretty much everything tonight

  3. Hopefully they got all the suck out tonight so Thursday will be a respectable effort

  4. Earlier this season when Elvis was “taking a rest” we played Tarasov for like 7 games in a row and he was starting to find his groove and doing quite well.

Then Elvis came back and we stopped playing him.

I wonder what would have happened if we just kept playing him.

  5. It’s an 82 game season, bad games are gonna happen. That doesn’t make them any less painful though. Yikes!

  6. That was hard to watch. Honest question: is there a cold or illness going around the team? We seemed low energy and they all looked tired.

  7. I’ve been in Elvis defender for years because of how bad the team was the last few years, this game just put the final nail in the coffin for my support of this goaltending tandem. Holy sweet mother of god, it is ass.

  8. So realistically, do we go for Lankinen in the offseason? Something needs to change.

  9. Not good. But it’s the first game back from a long road trip. Jet lag was probably there to some degree. Hopefully we turn up Thursday when the Caps come to town.
