Seiya wants traded for some big bucks! he saw the big contracts being handed out.
Seiya is basically an overpaid DH. How many routine flyballs did he drop in RF last season? He should do his job better, IMO.

Seiya can't be Salty for a problem he created. He became a liability in the outfield and dropped a fly ball that could have potentially send the Cubs to the postseason in 2023..

Just trading Seiya definitely means Cubs keep Belli. He's so valuable to they defensively as backup CF and 1B while playing elite RF. Also frees up both Caissie and Alcantara as 4th OF and DH. Theyre already on 40 man. Alcantara is also a very good CF too. Trading Seiya gets some highly touted, and ready, prospects playing. Getting Tucker for Seiya means definitely trading a high OF prospect

If Seiya is traded the FO is gone. Can't give away Schwarber twice. Happ has ALL the same rights to give up NTC as Seiya. Why wouldn't teams want Happ? He's a gold glove in M.L.B.!!!!
Anyone but Caissie, Shaw, and Horton. Everyone else is expendable
