1. Yankees losing out on Juan Soto? It's the Mets who lost bigtime. I pity all of those fans in Queens shocked to see that hot dogs cost double sawbucks next spring – and that Soto doesn't have Aaron Judge on deck anymore.

13. Bellinger would be a great add, especially considering his defensive versatility. He's not the offensive powerhouse that Soto is, but his bat was made for Yankees stadium.

    This is a hot take but I think Bellinger is an overall more complete player than Soto

16. Walker and Bellinger are basically the same value. Walker is a tick better offensively and defensively, Bellinger is a bit better on the bases and a few years younger. Hard to say which I would prefer, so I guess it mostly comes down to… What does it cost us?

    If it is one or the other, I would prefer to sign Walker to a short term deal, because it only costs money, not prospects.

    Though personally, I say get both. Walker plays first, Bellinger plays left or center, with Dominguez in the other spot, Judge back to right field.

18. Tucker is a cub, I said it before and some Yankee fans said that it would be unfathomable bellinger could be a Yankee because of a prospect they were cooking up. But if it really is… and Cashman doesn't make it happen RIGHT NOW…. then he needs to be immediately fired. Grab Bellinger NOW – and esp with Tucker off the board. 36. Uh, Bellinger is cooked. Yankees will be sorry. Even his 2023 season was something of a mirage. Plus, he's become injury-prone. You can count on him missing a month's worth of games or more with a couple of DL stints.

39. I'm not getting a hard on over Bellinger. In 8 MLB seasons, he's had 3 good years – Lost his power with that fibula injury. With that said, I don't want 34 year old Walker either. If they get Bellinger without giving up anyone they actually need, fine.
