Average coaches only last 3-5 years. WG will probably be let go in the offseason. We will make some trades at the deadline to get under the tax and fix our salaries for next season. This needs to turn into a development year and what’s sad is we keep DNP Karlo and Reeves. Both these guys should be playing to just get min even if they lose their min big. Theis should be benched until he is traded CJ min should just be reduced until he is traded. Cain and Jemison should not play either. Both are 2-way guys and just not going to be long term players.
I thought Borrego was hired to shake up the offense and get people sharing the ball more…is Willie not listening to this guy? Is there some sort of rift on this coaching staff? The players look like they've just turned Willie out…no motivation at all. This is Griff's 3rd HC hire that has failed. I don't think the FO we currently have knows how to fix this regardless of whether they get a top 5 draft choice (or not). Griiff just keeps throwing stuff against the wall hoping that it sticks. He's lost.
WG really regressed from his 1st yr last yr imo is one of the most talented roster pels had but they still underachieved, its so obvious players dont want to play for him.

We need to get rid of the coaching staff that is the biggest problem we have. How do you have all this talent but don’t even win a game. That is horrible they really need better coaching

First thing is that we still have 55 games left! So we cannot push to when 35 of them? The season is not over! After the all star break teams go up and down! Nobody wants to hear about tanking!
Everyone wanted to change the team from last year and all we needed was a point guard and to keep JV we won 49 games and lost some close games!

Griff, Willie, Zion, BI, and CJ need to go. Zion has been on the team for 6 years and hasn't developed any other shot than what he came from Duke with. You're supposed to add to your game if you're serious about your craft. You mean to tell me no one in this organization can't see his attitude? They need to go.

Beginning of the season you were talking bout this small ball mess would work for the pels.. now it's the problems started last season.. no the problem started years ago with the willie hiring and before that the griff hiring.. that starting lineup loses out because of lack of coaching.. lack of actual basketball iq on the team.. the turnovers are because they put the ball in the hands of people that are not playmaker or creators for noone but themselves..

Last season? It’s been the same issues for Willie’s entire tenure. He was never and X and O guy. He was a players coach. Well, now he’s not even that.
