People hate on the rockets but they were the only team that ACTUALLY wanted to contend with that super warriors team.
They made the warriors uncomfortable by stoping the motion offense and made them play more iso.
Ultimately, rockets came up short but that was elite basketball for both teams. And we may not see something so great in the near future. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
This was the modern day “Knicks-bulls” rivalry, where back in the day the Knicks in the 90s were really the only team that would give the Bulls a hard time but could never really get over the hump (excluding ‘94 cuz mike wasn’t there)
