89 I was 15 and I remember the 49ers repeating as Super Bowl champions after demolishing the Denver Broncos 55-10. As an older fan, I don’t get as emotional after wins and loses. Now, it might sting in the moment, but after a few minutes, my mind is on something else.
I've watched all 4 49ers winning Super Bowls. Watched practically every game since the early 80s. The 49ers Kyle has built is good enough to make it the playoffs but not talented enough to win a Super Bowl.. The Dinosaur strategy can take you so far when you finally have to change with the times.. You need a mobile strong armed QB now because that will make up for a $hitty O-line.. Players are stronger, faster and smarter.. Change to the new age of football or get left behind..
I’m 38. I’m with you. I barely saw young a bit. Mostly saw Garcia and Owen’s. Was little bit of winning before we had losing seasons. Gore in my Niners. Cause I was old enough to see him day one. Saw his whole career. Older niner fans might say Montana or rice. Saw Jerry Rice. Didn’t even see rice that much. Mostly when was on raiders. Saw him loss superbowl with them.
The 2 fumbles by Kyle Williams vs the giants in the nfc championship game, that 49ers team was so good… Kyle Williams was getting threats over that, the niners were better then the giants then
My whole school years we sucked. I’m grateful seeing us win recently. Sucks keep falling short. But better then finishing last or almost last.
We’ll be back. This was 2020 all over. When we get injuries. Man it don’t stop. Be back and better next year

As a lifelong 49ers fan I would put Packers and Bills fan based higher.

Im 18 years old, witnessed the sb against the Ravens, Chiefs 1 and 2, and I can say theres been worse seasons in that span than this one. Its all good next season will be better!
Other fan bases have the same… unless your a Cleveland…

The 49ers are cursed man. The team was stolen from Eddie DeBartolo and given away to his sister and her idiot husband!😂
I disagree on the "its never just a great game, they got us". SB 58 went into OT, thats as they got us as it gets. The ravens deserved that SB after how we played. I do think it's crazy how close we get though.
Ravens superbowl Seahawks NFC championship losses giants NFC championship loss eagles and rams NFC championship losses and the quiefs twice in superbowl is heartbreaking
It's one of these situations where the 49ers history make fans feel either proud and appreciative or demanding and unappreciative.

I became a Niners fan on the 95 SB as a foreign exchange student in California

I’ll always rock with the team, but 49ers are super lame. 17-0 or 0-17 I’ll never dm someone threatening to harm or invade personal space. Or even be toxic and weird in comment sections. It’s just a game at the end of the day.
KC has the current Montana slash Brady, Brock's good but not on that level.

At some point we have to stop bringing up the rings that didn’t even air in high definition. Most of us, myself included, were small children the last time this team was truly dominant en route to a title. It saddens me to feel like there is some sort of monkey on our back that we can’t seem to shake when it comes to capturing that elusive SB. It’s been 30 years. 😔
