  3. Please get bregman and a good pitcher.. I really want to see us improve the team for next year. We don’t need to full send but step on the pedal a little bit.. PLEASE!

  6. I hate getting too excited about free agency but I gotta admit I like where we are at right now. We’re prob in the top 3 for Bregman and possibly the front runner according to some. I also think we are the favorite to sign Ha-Kim from what I’m reading. I’m not too excited about Yates, just because relievers are so unpredictable year to year, but I wouldn’t complain if we did end up signing him. Plus I really believe we are one of the more likely landing spots for Sasaki as well.

    If all 4 or even 3 (maybe 2 depending on which 2) of those happen I’d count this off season as a huge success. I know 1B is still iffy and we could use a decent right handed corner OF’er but wow we would be so much better than a last season, atleast on paper.

    I’m trying to temper my excitement but it’s hard when we are legit players on several of these guys. Please don’t let us down Tigers we’re so close to taking a giant leap forward!!

  7. I think almost any Astros fan, including Jose Altuve, would tell you that Bregman isn't just a great ballplayer but one of those special guys whose attitude and experience make everyone else better. I think his impact on the Tigers would be massive. I hope it happens.

  8. 💫 Hoping we get him. Rooting for Sazaki to sign. Does Detroit have what it takes to draw in a good Japanese pitcher, beyond FETTER, and Co? Also, a good strikeout, back end reliever.

  9. I love Bregman but anything more than 150 for 6 years is an overpay. He hits below average for the first half and turns it up second half, he'd be a good match for Detroit, but he peaked in 2019 & seems to be aging quickly.

  14. Tigers sign Torres. Now they need to trade for Castillo. Seattle needs to fill 1B, 2B, and 3B. Tigers have Jace, Torkelson, and 2 guys in the minors who play 1B.
