Not taking him will continue to hurt for years to come….

  1. Nope, Olu was a great pick and has been a wall at LT. Bowers is a great player but realistically having a stud LT >>>>>> stud TE

  2. Left tackles don’t grown on trees and the current team doesn’t lack offensive weapons. You’re the same fan that complains about shitty Oline play when they draft skill in the top round every year.

  3. I can guarantee you that my favorite franchise, the one that used a 1st round pick on Kyle Brady, Anthony Becht, Doug Jolley, and Dustin Keller, would’ve found a way to mess this up.

    Besides. We needed a line.

  4. You should look at every draft in the last 10 years and see that we could have an all pro at every position or you could not be a baby.

  5. You watch the game last night? Bears have weapons all over the field and a talented rookie qb that has been sacked 70 times. Need to build the line or we’ll be them soon with our own rookie qb.

  6. Bowers is great, but when you have major needs at premium positions, you don’t blow a pick on a TE.

  7. Stupid comment! Shows you have no idea how to build a team, a left tackle much more important than a TE’

  8. The Jets finally draft a good tackle, who filled in admirably for the broken down and ineffective Tyron Smith…and a portion of the fan base still complains.

  9. We woulda drafted him and he would’ve left when his contract was up fuck you mean for years to come??? 😂

  10. I mean, then why did we sign Tyron just to lose out to Olu, Bowers would of been great if Tyron had worked out. But Olu is needed for the future with Tippman and AvT the OL needs another tweak.

Becton is doing better somewhere else, we need to draft someone else not OL in the 1st round. Every season we sign or draft OL and the QB is constantly sacked.
