1. The orioles moves during this offseason will definitely not help their case in the playoffs. it's disappointing. Since I'm in orioles fan I think they needed Corbin Burns. We need better pitching as well.

19. The truth is you can not win it all with spending money in over thirty years one team with pay roll in the bottom half has won a world series , it may be possible to win with a lower payroll but not likely the odds are over 30 to 1 .

You just don't know due to humans playing this crazy game. To Fuzzy's point, any team can do what the Doggers are doing, it's all a gamble. 44. friedman and the dodgers have worked hard and reinvested to get to now….a well oiled machine. they pay and win. no wonder players want to trot out for the dodgers. anybody think sasaki has in the back of his mind that yamamoto signed for $325 million? the padres are cutting payroll and are on a spending limit. i doubt sasaki having his mentor in san diego will take his mind off floating in a sea of money.
