11. Tomlin needs to hire a game strategist to help him coach during a game. He regularly gets outcoached during games. Other teams pick up fourth-and-one like clockwork and the Steelers don't. Those play calls haven't changed(although the OC has) since 2007 when it was Mewelde Moore up the middle for no yards and turnover on downs. For someone who has as much experience as he does, it's not acceptable. Or just trade him and fire Austin.
