Why not start a new league with flags on the side of the hockey pants? Instead of hitting you pull the flag…for those not sure about how its done. 24. Fond memories of M L Gardens, Clancy and Hank in their booth, recognizing the players by their faces. Helmets are safer but watching Guy Lafleur on a rush, hair flying straight behind him was a beautiful sight. Being with my ten year old son. Life was good.

36. Nobody does it better than Bowen/Ralph. Both Woll and Sorokin did quite a bit of bacon-saving for their respective teams. Stanley Cup calibre maybe not, but the Leaf defense is a pleasure to watch. When Woll made a save that stopped play, they were right there to clear out opposing players. They separated Islander players from the puck. Several Islanders are gonna need those ice-baths. It's been some time since we have seen a defense that knows how to "take care of business" like that.
