  2. Had to tune out when joy was being expressed about bringing in a player while Matthews is out. I'm not even a Leafs fan, but as a Bolts fan, we weren't celebrating when one of our own was out. You may not know it, but where you finish in the standings matters. Try getting some class. Matthews is a once in a generation talent. There's nothing to be happy about with him injured. You might be talking about his career.

  3. Put Mathews on LTIR, let him get himself back to 100 percent , he’ll be ready for the playoffs, take his 13.25 million, and go get another centre, and a top four defenceman.

  7. If the Leafs shut him down for playoffs, there is no way in hell they will go and trade for his cap hit. The league will stomp it right away.

  9. Is the Leafs over looking a potential 3rd line center? Maybe it is because there is a different expectation from a center. Can they try Nick Roberston on center with two good wingers (Nylander, Marner)? Just to try. Yes Roberston doesn't have good points. 🤔
    Why do I ask to try?
    Roberston seems to have a very high successful faceoff win percentage (over 66%). Which is more than Tavares. That is necessary to start the play. In one full game with high "On Ice Time" might show if there is potential. It obviously would take a long time to determine if Roberston can stay as a center.

  18. Decent game against the NYI IMO. I used to watch Mr Kypreos and Mr Mac on Hockey Central. There used to be 6 of us in chemotherapy that watched daily. Unfortunately we are down to 2 of us that survived. We are throughly enjoying The Real Kyper and Bourne show. Sammy please keep fighting Kyper about the Maple Leafs. Us true Leaf fans have REAL concerns about AM34. Thank you gentlemen.
