If you could add any player who played with the Atlanta hawks to this current team who would it be and why? 👀

1. Motumbo is an obvious choice, but also Kyle Korver and Thebo Sefolosha.

6. For actual need and not just picking best player, Jamal Crawford or Lou Will. Dynamic ball handler off the bench would do amazing things for this team

7. Mookie – more defense and another ball handler.

8. Nique is my favorite player and best ATL Hawks but I would go Mutombo.

12. Yeah, I would add Dominique Wilkins to this current roster.

    Now, if I were to build a team of Hawks players, it would be:
    Center: Dwight Howard
    Power Forward: Al Horford
    Small Forward: Dominique Wilkins
    Shooting Guard: Joe Johnson
    Point Guard: Trae Young

    Bench:
    Jamaal Crawford, Kyle Korver, Jalen Johnson, Dikembe Mutombo, Josh Smith

    Pivoting a lot here, but I’d also love to have Delon Wright back, but he’s having probably the worst season of his career right now

16. Would say nique but I think Mutombo would do wonders for this team. No disrespect to nique but JJ can hold the fort rn.

17. Bob Pettit, franchise GOAT. Would be a good small ball C in the modern NBA. Monster rebounder, had a good face up and post game, great athlete, basically the ideal version of Onyeka, would have killed it with JJ.

18. If it’s only one, it would be the Human Highlight Film, Mr. Dominique Wilkins. That’s a given as he’s the best Hawk to play the game. If I had to pick another, it would be Mutombo. He’s one of the best defensive centers of all time, even with the game changing from when he played. And the other one would be Pistol Pete. He’s a legend and one of the best ball handlers of all time.

33. Gonna say Korver or Nique, but I’d heavily favor Korver. Imagine adding a guy who hits 50% of his threes on high volume. Trae would average 15 apg.

34. Joe Johnson would be perfect for this squad, could fit anywhere 1-4. Perfect for this era.
