What you’re looking at is the ‘center brand’ of the bat, which identifies the manufacturer. The 45 isn’t significant to him, but it is part of the manufacturers logo. It looks like this was bat was made by a company called B45 Baseball.

I think it’s just a type of bat he uses. B45 Pro Select.

I thought for game used stuff they had a little like hologram with a serial number you can look up to see more info? I might be wrong though I haven’t got baseball cards in a bit
