Jerry Jones Getting TOO MUCH CRITICISM For Dallas Cowboys Head Coach Dilemma?!
Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has his flaws, but this may be the rare time when both fans and media members alike are wrong about his influence on the head coaching search for the Cowboys.

I promise I’m not making a habit of defending the crypt keeper yall.
Sounds like BS
I'm with Marcus Spear's you quoted bull shit right now remember you say Delvin Cook had some juice left in the tank you craping now
What top notch future coach is willing to be Humiliated on the biggest stage of the NFL?? F jerry
I agree with swagu on this one. Jerry don’t wanna win no more. It’s only his way or no way. Mike was bad don’t get me wrong, though Jerry had the exact same blame to do with that by not helping your coach get someone to ensure you get to where you going. This goes for the Same way with coach clap hands…. Then you had multiple coaches like big bill and wade and the same report comes out they didn’t get to do their job because of him. If a coach does come here to help, Jerry has to be transparent and sacrifice that gm shit, and that ego to be a winner which that’s a tall order considering he’s a billionaire going on trillionare
Jerry the reason dalvin cook didn't get to share carries with Rico…he chose zeke instead
Well truthfully Jerry Jones is the reason for most of the failures of that organization. He stated that in so many words when he said that he makes the final decision on all the decisions that pertain to the Dallas Cowboys. He claims he sees and understands what he is witnessing on the football field when it comes to players and coaching. He said many times that he believes that he has the right coaching staff and players that can get Dem Cowboys to another shot at the Superbowl. So yes Jerry Jones certainly should carry most of the blame for his football organization failures.
Dawg no matter what u tell yourself ain’t no good coach coming to this circus 🙄u can’t convince yourself but everybody else knows better..but carry on tho
Why would a really good coach come to Dallas, the pay is shit, Jerry has full control, and he is cheap as hell. If you can't build the roster the right way then what's the damn point , if Jerry is going to tell you who you can and can't play then what's the damn point. Hell look at the Dowdle situation, a pure mess at the beginning to mid season because Jerry wanted to bring back a used up Ezekiel Elliot. That move alone cost you 3 games and probably your QB this year. The Job is not as attractive as it used to be. People now understand Jerry and his son has no idea what the hell they are doing when building a championship caliber football team. I have been a fan since 1976 as a 5 yr old, and this situation is bad. Last year you had a 3rd rate LB and a Safet playing ILB in the playoffs. Well that same LB now can't even get on the field. Quinn wanted Wagner and Jerry said no, and now Wagner is in Washington with Quinn and they are 11-5. If any coach comes to Dallas he better demand a top 5 salary, then we will see if Jerry is serious. No salary cap on coaches. Lowes paid staff in the league. ARE YOU SERIOUS!
😂😂😂😂 I told ya stop drinking that kool aid lol the cowboys are entering the browns / lions era
Bro go cope!!! NOOOBODY WANTS TO COACH THE JURRY JONES COWBOYS!
Bro you tweaked out As long as Jerry the owner and can control the coaches we ain’t going nowhere or winning nothing my boy!
Mike M soft asf!
marcus was 100 percent correct the only coach jerry will find that wants to work there will be an old retierd fashed up coach no young or collage coach will wanna coach at dallas like wtf r u smoking the last collage coach was jimmy n he fcked that up cuz he wanted all the credit bahahah u crazy as hell
I'm tryna say this as a friend…
Boy if you don't get some control over your delusion today…we sending them folks with straitjacket for an intervention…
Tawm Bout the dude whose responsibilities include team building and improvement and paying HCs ain't at fault for what we seeing… What good coach coming here to be underpaid and put up with the GM having 4 press conferences a week, to yap and give reporters fuel to chase him with?
shit n the raider have been to a title game giants went to 2 superbowls n won the jags went to a sb my man u jus talking out ur ass all the teams u said have won or went to a sb or chip game bahahahhahahaha
I forgot who said it but "If you start listening to the fans you will end up sitting next to them in the stands" I don't think McCarthy should be fired and I know people like to bring up playoff failures but if Pollard and I forgot the other player didn't get injured the 49er game might have a different ending. The Packers were a defensive failure and even this channel placed the blame on Quinn checking out. The Packers again? Aaron fucking Rodgers! IDK if McCarthy will take a one year deal to prove it but if that is the offer I want him and Zimmer to return to see them coach a healthy team.
There's NEVER too much criticism for Jerry…
How can any failing organization be attractive? So the top of the pile of BS is best because it's the freshest???
Mane I appreciate it fr. I feel like these people just find stuff to talk about with us and rn Jerry is it. I agree that he could have def helped us with a derrick henry or others in past years. That being said we have had teams in the past that he (or his staff) put together that should have got the job done before and plenty of coaches would have loved to coach them. I dont think Dan Quinn stayed an extra year because he didnt have other options. It was because running it back with these players he was coaching was only going to raise his value whether or not he got the head coaching job.
First of all! Who gives a flying mud duck if Jerry is angry! Second! All the problems other teams have don't compare to the problem of Jerry Jones! Whoever comes in he won't let them fully do their dam job! The bigger problem we have is McClay walking! No real GM and those are the deciding facts bro and they are huge! Normally I agree with you bro but I can't on this one. Being the coach of the cowboys is still the hardest coaching job in the league and that's because the Jones doesn't let the coach do his job on top of the absolute nonsense that comes with it. I'd go to the bears or pats first without thinking twice. Still great content bruh peace and blessings
All these teams went further more recent than the cowboys
Yeah you completely wrong on this bro on your take it was baddd if Jerry is the owner/GM WE WILL NEVER WIN A BOWL!!! And also nobody wants to come coach here if they can’t do what they have planned to do if Jerry is there to tweak something or say no it’s my way like cmon bro you are WRONG on this take I’m with SWAGU
People act like there’s 500 head coaching NFL jobs… this is 1/32 NFL head positions in probably THE nicest facility with a franchise QB (I don’t care who doesn’t like Dak) a top WR in CeeDee Lamb and a “generational DE/LB” in Parsons even tho I’m not a fan of him… if you don’t think u can work with that u ain’t no coach and I don’t wanna hear about Jerry
I agree with you 100%. The Cowboys job will always be attractive, just like the Lakers will always be an attractive job in basketball. People are emotional when it comes to the Cowboys and Jerry Jones. It is valid that he interferes, but nobody pointed out his interference when the team had 3 12-5 seasons. I live in the DMV, Washington has not seen a 12 – 5 season in forever. These season records do not grow on trees. Lets stop acting like the Cowboys winning is a foregone conclusion. Coaching is usually the blame when the team has playoff failure. It is only when the team underperforms that Jerry is the culprit. True, Jerry didn't make any good moves in free agency, but the team battled excessive injuries this year. Before Dak got hurt, the offense was struggling, Mike did nothing to turn things around. We know that's possible because he had done that the year before. Jerry is alot of things but any coach that wants the challenge and the benefits of achieving greatness under a spotlight, would not turn down this job. If Ben Johnson wants to prove how good he is, nothing like taking a team that has not been to the superbowl in 30 years to victory. There will always be interest in this job, the nfl coaches know the full story. I think we need to worry about Stephen more than Jerry.
Com'on Bro no different making coach is coming to dallas with JJ around.
Jerry traded Cooper for a 5th what a joke we got the worst GM the lost 30 years and running
you my guy bro but what happened on this one? you are making excuses and sound like you are enabling their Dumb A decisions.
You wrong on this one bro. Jerry is cancer to winning. Wake up bro
Respectfully, NE is not moving off of J. Mayo.
We need a young relatable coach, THAT’S BLACK !!! Truth be told,I’d like to see Al Harris as our head coach
He deserves all the criticism, coaching has stopped the Cowboys from winning Super Bowls. A great sneaky hire would be J. Schwartz, the defensive fixer. We've never won a SB w/out a dominant defensive line!!! Fan since 71'
I agree with swagu. The Cowboys may have a better roster, but it isn't more attractive to young guys who want to have control and be Heas coaches.
All facts in this video! JJ is annoying and gets in the way, but I that he cares and makes himself accessible.
Thanks actually what he wants the( limelight)
Mental gymnastics love it💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
30 years. A handful of playoff wins. Mediocre results in all of that time, constant changes in many other areas, except one.
This season proves that it all boils down to one catalyst, the constant that won't quit perpetuating the problem. That's Jerry.
It all comes down to what he says. How many times did whatever Jerry said become how the team moved this season alone? He does media. He's in the coaches' meetings apparently, he's doing radio, he's doing field walks trying to adorn people to his favor. It's ALL about HIM.
While I commend your aim to add objectivity, at this point, Jerry's antics are indefensible. At least the other organizations, despite their own set of problems with competency that CAN be changed more readily than those in Dallas, have a sliver of hope that they can turn it around without a busy body of an owner/GM/president/coach/water boy/village idiot. The ONLY thing he has is to sell the star because it sure as hell isn't going to be a commitment to winning.
And that's an extension of the bigger problem.
I feel like the jags ownership caught a stray. I live in Jax, the khans don’t involve themselves in the day to day, they just haven’t done well hiring for the GM position or coaching.
