We fit almost every major category Roki actually wants/needs. Fanbase will be behind him. He’ll get developed and have a better chance to stay healthy. Dodgers can barely keep half a rotation every year, which they should look at heavily. We don’t know what’s most important to him, but I’d guess status and a big free agency contract. Padres could get him there. He’d probably move later anyway.
