Id rather have Alonso at a $25-$30m price point for 4-5 years than paying Vlad a $450m contract over 10-12 years. He's a worse fielder with less power than Alonso. Sign Alonso and trade for Julio Rodriguez. Pay him instead of Vladdy Jr.
