1. If Jerry Jones held onto Jason Garrett for 10 years what makes you think he is going to get rid of Mike McCarthy after 5 years? 😂 Jerry Jones lives in Lala land.

2. Gruden has skins on the wall and it would energize the fan base. I like how Jerry would say nothing about him, except he is a good friend.

3. What SHOULD happen is that McCarthy is allowed to walk and Jerry hires Ben Johnson. Cause if he can turn Goff into the dude who was drafted #1 overall when Goff had only shown glimpses of being THAT dude….then he is your BEST BET to get the most out of Dak.

   And honestly, that's like the ONLY option Dallas has for any legitimate hope of competing past the divisional round. Dak has this team hostage with his contract so you HAVE to get a guy who has gotten more out of a lesser QB (or at one time surely was seen as less than Dak).

   But Jerry has stated that he's not paying NFL HC money for someone to "learn on the job". So Jerry is gonna give McCarthy a 3 year deal.

13. The mentality of who else are you going to get is the same reason they resigned Dak. If you already know someone can’t get you to the next level it makes no sense to continue with that person and expect a different result. It’s called insanity.
