Just can’t make this shit up lol
Has Ballard been fired yet?
That’s all folks. It certainly was one of the seasons of all time. Let’s do this again next year when we go 17-0
We won!!! Yay?
I’m tired boss
Guys, I was all aboard the fire Ballard train, but we beat the Jags. Clearly the process is working. We have to give him at least another year, or five
Why isn’t Ballard fired yet?
This is a real fork in the road offseason for Ol Irsay.
Is he going to run it back with the same decision maker in Ballard? I don’t think so. I don’t think he’s phoned it in. But i do believe he’ll do it with Dobbs taking over.
For no reason whatsoever i believe Irsay didn’t actually want to get rid of Ballard. But i think he understands he needs a different voice calling the shots. He’ll not want to rock the boat too hard.
I don’t think he’ll rock the boat too hard because he’s going to want continuity for AR.
Shane and AR get another year. After that i think Dobbs starts to rebuild with the hopes there’s a good QB draft. Cause this one coming up isn’t really it. On top of that i just don’t see us investing the capital it would take to go all in. ESPECIALLY WITH AR.
Man…. AR needs a generational leap like we’ve never seen before to become a viable player.
Work ethic this offseason. Passing accuracy and keeping the offense in rhythm. Like…yea he has some elite traits but it’s troubling he showed no improvement even in the games he played. Flacco isn’t great…but you can clearly see the difference between a professional qb making regular ass qb plays. AR not being able to do the mundane is troubling. Not getting better is troubling.
Availability. None of it means anything if dude can’t stay on the field. Two years in a row he ends the year in street clothes. No improvement passing and injury prone are two huge things to overcome.
I think we’re a year away from a complete rebuild. I don’t think there’s any QB on the horizon in the draft or free agency to move off AR to start the year next year. Blow it you after next.
Sucks being a fan right now.
Well, that was whelming.
And don’t think it hasn’t been a little slice of heaven…cause it HASN’T.
That was Chris Ballard’s Super Bowl. Congrats.
Huge irrelevant overtime win against one of the worst teams in the nfl! That’s colts football baby
Why.
Just why.
Well that shouldn’t be a win that saves anyone’s job…..*shouldn’t*…
With that classic victory, the Ballard-era Colts extend their record against perennial bottom feeders, the Jaguars, to 6-10.
👏👏👏
That ballard’s been fired announcement is gonna hit so good. Has he been fired yet?
🪓Ballard
I’m never gonna root for my team to lose but it’s a pretty hollow win when you have to go to OT to beat a terrible team to move yourself down in the draft…
This team still fucking sucks.
Nothing to even feel optimistic about.
Here’s to next year. I’m a Colts fan for life. Fire almost everyone lol. Hire Agnew as GM and pick up Starks or Warren LFG!!! Go Horse ya dirty bastards!

It’s time to get the firings going!
This is going to be a long 24 hours.
Tomorrow could be the best day of the season of the worst.
Sad state of the franchise when nobody is happy about a win
You just know Zaire’s dumb ass is gonna share that sack highlight on twitter
Fire Ballard now
Gives up 45 to the 2 win Giants in a must win, and then goes to OT against 4 win Jags… Steichen, this team is not “close” lol
Let the heads roll
If Irsay doesn’t get rid of Ballard/Gus it just shows all he cares about is making money. Might as sell the team.
It’s over yay
Lmao at people wanting JT gone, he’s one of our few good players. I say get rid of everyone other than JT, Downs, Pierce and our LT.
Just saw Irsay getting wheeled into the locker room. Looks rough. Hope he’s okay but clearly shouldn’t be making any decisions about this franchise. Hand the keys over.
Wow we did it. Alright time to focus on the Pacers season.
[Irsay looks rough.](https://x.com/kbowen1070/status/1876016086304641165?s=46)
Weird season
👏{Slow golf clap}
Yay, Colts.
I hope everyone who showed up gets home safely.
Why do I have the feeling that Ballard isn’t getting fired with a year left in his contract? Wouldn’t put it past this timid organization to let him run out his final year and then reset after another mediocre season.
Real question: what happens if/when Ballard isn’t fired….?
At least we were saved from putting our hopes in the Chiefs’ backups.
