12. I’ve not been a fan of Andrew’s performance, but I think he is probably a good dude. I’m sure he is, as he said, very embarrassed….you don’t carve the statue without hitting it with a hammer and a chisel – and that hurts. Let’s hope he humbles himself, learns and grows.

All those areas you listed as needing to be looked at I’m sure were areas looked at in the beginning of the season and look at the results – a 3 win season – imagine what the record might be if you weren’t so thorough – I like you and coach very much you’re wonderful people but the results are pathetic– these consistently poor results would not be tolerated in any other NFL city– and how do the fans get rewarded for staying loyal to these terrible results– let’s move the team out of Cleveland.

35. it starts at the top. look at detroit.how campbel has that team tight,disciplined etc. look at denver how peyton has turned that team around. quit going through quarterbacks like you go through underwear. and start going through coaches and gms like you go through underwear.

36. The real problem in Cleveland was best articulated a few years ago by S.F. 49-er owner when he said: "You can't fire the owner." That's the Browns' problem in a nutshell. Haslam's record in his 12 years in Cleveland is as abysmal as it gets. Johnny Manziel, anyone? Or the hiring of Hue Jackson when all the other search committee wanted the guy who's been in Buffalo for the past 9 years. And then there's the most horrendous move any NFL team has ever made, i.e. the ridiculous deal with DeSean Watson. He's a total bust and the guy who the Browns ran out of town (Mayfield) is going to the playoffs for the second year in a row. Nice job, Haslam. If this guy had any character, he'd sell this team to a sane, responsible individual.

This is a culture problem and Stefanski and Berry can only do so much when the owner jerks off over the organization whenever he gets another one of his “brilliant” ideas like selling the farm for a serial predator.

45. Unpopular option: I really like AB. He’s smart, measured, calculated, and stern. Unfortunately we had a lot of bad blows and missed huge on the DW gamble, but I’m hoping he can learn from his mistakes and grow. People tend to learn more from failure than success.

46. Berry is not qualified to be an NFL GM. The team will suffer through another dismal season with this guy. Hopefully, an experienced football person will be brought in to build this team properly. Plus, Berry takes no responsibility for the mess he created. The Browns took their front office hit, posturing for the league. It’s time to let him go.
