I’d like to feel as though Gruden would bring a spark to the team and get some excitement back to the game, but I can’t help but feel as though this is another attempt at slapping a band-aid on the hull of the titanic. He was 4-12, 7-9, 8-8, and 3-2 with the raiders+Carr. They never had playoff success with that combination, unless Loomis pulls off a miracle draft, I don’t see why we would either.

  14. gruden made more sense last year. but we aren't in win now mode. so what would happen is gruden and carr would be around for a while. i couldn't take that

I have done 3 mock drafts with the same mck draft simulator nick underhill used last night. 7 round draft and the first pick that fell to me at 9 was Mason Graham DT. 2nd rd pick was the other LSU tackle and from picks in round 3 to 5 was Cam Skattebo RB from ASU. Thats my favorite player in college and i hope we get him to complement Kamara bc we need a game changer like Cam. So it was Cam, and either an edge player, cb, or Guard from Ohio state university, the great Iowa tight end in round 5 and the best available WR, Center, or LB from notredame, wisconsin, and BYU.
    Whoever the next coach is needs to dradt DT, OT, OG, edge and Cam Skattebo.

  18. To me, JON GRUDEN OR PETE CARROLL ARE the best hires to completely overhaul the culture and demand excellence from every player down to the receptionist.

  19. Mike Vrabel is going to be the coach of the Patriots. Thats why they held the Jarod Mayo for next year. Vrabel wants to coach the Pats. He is 100 percent out.
    I say hell no to ANY FIRST TIME HEAD COACHES especially aaron glenn or andyone like Kafka from the Giants. The Giants are doodoo water just like us. We need experienced and seasoned meauxfeauxs to turn this ship around. Gruden or Carroll is all i will except.

  20. Hey Skrmetta…do u only do reaction videos? I mean i never seen an original video or thought or concept of a video. Its all reactions based on other people's work. Is that all thats on your channel? If so… i dont know man. Seems like some sucka or weak effort. With that said, thank for reacting to these 2 fellas who do original content with their own thoughts and work.

  21. I have not seen any fans see a Gruden hire as a negative based on his Raider history. He has been a great Raider coach all the way back to the early 2000s and late 90s.
    The only people ive seen use the Raiders as a negative was Ross Jackson and one or two other effeminate or weak minded creators. I cant remember their names. Its stewpid to think Gruden is a bad hire. Of course Carr will be here bc of his cap hit and if Gruden comes on board…its all good. He will improve every one on the team.
