Motivator Mike is an exceptional leader and a recruiter. Mike does not know how to do much more as a coach.
Bargain basement coaches! Arthur Smith is Canada 2.0. The Steelers system knows loyalty and autonomy. Very few extreme changes will be made during a season. Play calling needs to be taken from Smith…Sorry. Notice how many field goal kicks we've had to make. Now, we can't even get into position. Highest paid defense… bargain basement coordinator. Our offense is as good as KC, and our bargain- basement-reject OC can't manage personnel groups or get 1 yard in 3 Downs. Geesh! And Khan, knows salary cap …but not talent.

He will explain it to you step-by-step how to build a winning team building a winning team is not taking players from other teams that they do no longer want. It doesn’t take two years to get to a Super Bowl build your team from the draft groom them the way you want them to play and you will have success.
