  2. I've watched Sam Donald his whole career. When he is off he will short arm the throw causing the overthrows. He was rushed and he was throwing with his arm. He needs to run in those situations and let his athletic ability give him an edge. This was his first big game pressure situation and he knows he needs to be better.

  8. Wish he would clarify if was big game nerves or something else. That's obviously a personal issue, but one that hopefully he and the coaches can fix before the rams game. It was just such a contradicting performance versus most of the other games that it really stuck out.

  14. I understand where Sam went wrong. We need KOC to be able to calm Sam down in these big moments. Call shorter development plays. Run the ball more. Respect to the Lions defense but we should not have had this big a problem with them. Adjust Kevin!

  16. Sam really needs to start being able to anticipate throwing people open. He's awful at it. If you need to wait until the guys open to throw the ball in the NFL that's a problem. Goff was anticipating and throwing to Gibbs where he would be open. Darnpld will hold the ball forever waiting for the guy to get open. Sorry but we're not keeping him for this reason alone.

  24. You guys in the comments are so silly. Sam Darnold played like that for 6 years. That is why he is a QB2. This is how he is. He wasn’t out of character. He was IN character. None of you people even knew who he was before this season. This is your reality, I am sorry, but you will not make it past the divisional round.
