1. Dammit! Good call on JT. I felt the same. There was a few games the Colts had to win and he just needed to make a play and didn't or couldn't. Somebody said Mitchell had 55 targets and 24 catches. Ugh.

4. Why doesn't the head coach be the GM? Is it just too much to do? This is what I would want if I was the HC. Think of the money Irsay would save. Isn't he all about saving a buck or two?? Seems like it is.

5. The Jacksonville win means absolutely nothing. Chris Ballard has had eight years and has done nothing with it. And the biggest franchise killer is Anthony Richardson. We knew their were tons of red flags. The man only had 13 college starts, and only completed half of his passes at that level. There were problems then. Why would you expect to increase the difficulty in speed of the game and expect him to throw 65%? We just threw him in the fire like an impatient teenager. Chris Ballard has built a very flawed team. Our offensive line is a joke. Thankfully, people have stopped saying that we have a great o-line because it's simply not. It doesn't matter how many pass rushers you draft if no one can cover a wide receiver. And we need to let Shane go as well. That man makes some of the most idiotic offensive play calls I have ever seen. They simply defy logic. And finally, there is no culture here. There is no standard, there is no bar. There is absolutely none of the old Indianapolis Colts left in the building. Jim Irsay needs to sober up enough to get another general manager that can run this franchise correctly. We play in the most winnable division in football, and we still fall on our asses. Kirk Cousins could win this division.

6. The game wasn't really that exiting because it was two bad teams playing a meaningless game. The important and interesting stuff will be coming out of the Colts front office in the next few months.

9. Really not sure why Chris Ballard is still GM for the Colts, but as a Colts fan I'm just going to roll with it and hope for a better season. I do feel like there is a clear standard being set forth, if we do not make the playoffs next season heads will roll.

15. It's about money not winning Irsay doesn't want to fire Ballard because he doesn't want to pay out his contract colts fans stop buying merchandise going to games he will lose a lot more

16. Ballard got longer than most. If you can't get the QB spot right, go. It's the engine! Indy is where QBs go to retire/retreads.

17. What if you are a starting player the last 4 years or more? Would you think next year would be better? Would you give 100% knowing you are no better and will be not better enough to make a difference? Without major changes players will play to get paid not win.

People make fun all the time but they know while they're sitting there making that comment that they got family members that are addicts. Let's face it. 20. Are we happy with a win in OT against a team that had no business even being close to winning? Hell no, it’s embarrassing that we played this poorly and that Ballard keeps his job once again. Even if he finally decides to sign a good free agent, it makes him look even more like the dumbass he is because if he had been doing it all this time, we would not be in the same spot over and over
