Hey Kent, you do such a good job at pointing out to the Colts what needs to be done to improve, I would nominate you to be "The Colts Standards Enforcer". Best thing for Colts is if Chris Ballard resigns. Ballard will do nothing but lie tomorrow anyone that has watched this end of season press conferences in the past would know Ballard never does what he says he will do in these meetings. The only reason Chris Ballard has a job is because people like Pat M. and the national media like the way he talks like a politician. Saying things people want to hear but never does what he says he will do in the future. Change is good . I have seen through Chris Ballard after season 4. 5th season he throw everyone under the bus when he was right in the thick of it.
