How about when the Metrodome roof collapsed and the Vikings had to play at at the Gophers stadium for av year and a half
The Hollywood sign is made of corrugated metal, not wood. The issue is all the brush and homes beneath the sign, which are very vulnerable. I agree, the playoff game should be relocated due to concern for the locals and the poor air quality in the city. It could be moved to Levi Stadium in San Francisco, or the old Chargers stadium in San Diego, to keep the game in the state. They absolutely hate us Rams and Ram fans in Arizona, we are their division rival.
Prayers to the people impacted and the first responders fighting this fire . Stay safe
yeah i'd move that game
Relocate the game to Las Vegas. My Raiders aren't using their own stadium at the moment.
I hope Myles got the ffff out of there.
It will be good by Monday
My family's house burnt to the ground 3 years ago while we were at my best friend's funeral, it's devasting to go through left with nothing but what you got on. My prayers to everyone affected 😢
Our own insurance will triple to cover the rebuild and we don’t live there. And the cost to rebuild with lumber tariffs to Canada will be crippling.
And the U.S. has a clown who doesn't believe in climate change being sworn in as "president."
It absolutely feels unfair to the Rams team for having to deal with the stress and to practice in bad air quality at the same time getting distracted by the event that may get worse. Hope all the fire fighters are safe and the wind stops.
Very unlikely they will need to move it. It will be contained in the next 4 days. LA and socal deal with this every year.
They need to make a decision tonight. There is a new fire in woodland hills( city where rams practice) rams had to end practice early in case players need to evacuate. The NBA canceled the laker game tonight, NFL is on some BS right now.
So sad
Moved to Glendale Arizona. Announced tonight.
the comments about the spread at 10:00 yikes
It means players are soft. Meanwhile the average joe is still putting in 12 hours at his normal job.
"the drought"
LA city leadership is utterly incompetent.
They haven't had a chance to look for bodies yet. That number will go up for at least two weeks after the fire is out. 😢
What if they just cancel that playoff game altogether for a future date or something
This is insane….huge tragedy….cant even imagine how they will pull this off..
It went official 3 hours ago. The game is being moved to Glendale Arizona.
Maybe people will notice every national insurance company is refusing to insure Cali homes against fire?
