1. The Orioles have eight possible starters, if you count McDermott. They have at least five who could be number 3 through 5, and then Zac Eflin and Rodriquez. They are paying very little for all of them. They are still trying to work a trade for Castillo or someone else. I don't think it's a matter of money, but rather which prospects they are willing to give up.
