Jonathan Taylor had 1,431 rushing yards in 14 games played.
January 9, 2025
At least there's something positive we can talk about.
Full stat line:
1431 yards on 303 attempts, 11 TDs. 71 1st downs.
4.7 yards per attempt, 102.2 yards per game.
Easily his best season since 2021, even if his pass catching wasn't optimal.

For reference all the other RBs on the list played in all 17 games with the exception of Barkley who played in 16.
Great year for JT, but absolutely bonkers year from Barkley.
If we can find a pass attack to compliment his running ability, our offense could really get moving
And of course, a defense that doesn’t give up every single third and long ever
He’s good at football
And he was underused by shane 80% of the games
Well he’s most of our offense.
I wish he could catch the football.
And Steichen goes away from him for at least 1 quarter 12 of those games, seriously.
How come Gibbs look like Rick James in that picture
So averaged out for 17, he would slot into third place with 1737.
Crazy that Steichen benched him for extended periods in about 12 games. JT could’ve hit 1600 easily.
Also crazy that Henry had 1921 and 16 TDs and wasn’t the best RB this year.
It’s a shame he’s allowed himself to become a liability in the passing game. It was so rough when Sermon had to come in for two minute drills because he’s become such an unwilling blocker.
There’s no better runner in the league but he’s too often a liability when we pass.
11 tds. Had that been 12 we probably beat Denver and who knows what happens
And we’re gonna throw away all the years with an elite back bc the rest of the team is terrible
I’d rather have one of the guys who played all season…and can catch. Or pass block.
The fans saying he’s on a decline or that his legacy is boiled down to one stupid decision on a touchdown should probably see this lol
Wish he could catch and block
Remember when our opted to stop giving him the ball against the Packers? Same game our ex defensive coach thought it’d be a good idea to play Malik Willis as if he was Jordan Love
Gibs was splitting carries for a while too. Dude is a cheat code
And 1 season ending mistake.
edit; Not that it matters, they would have been embarrassed in the playoffs.
He also decided to fumble the ball because he pre booked his trip to Cabo.
A great “me” not team guy.. good luck colts
I think he is rated in the 50s via PFF and one of the lowest ranked RBs, not sure why!

He was an absolute stud this year
Such a shame he’s gonna get overshadows by Barkley’s *insane* season
