Jerry Jones need to retire from being an owner and GM. He is always getting in the way of the progress of this team. He wants all the credit and no blame. Remember, this is the same guy that said "I can coach this team" then fires Jimmy Johnson. They really do make it hard to root for this team. It is so draining as fan, that we continually hear about the Cowboys in the headlines for the wrong reason. Contract negotiation, players in the sport news, etc. It starts at the top.

Mike need to grow a pair. First of all his current contract is already a joke. He has no say so in re recruitment, no say so in the draft no power what so ever. Mike has the salary of a substitute teacher. Then they block you from talking to other teams hanging their nuts over Mike's head like a mistletoe. Mike this message is for you. As a Cowboys fan I really don't want you here as our head coach. You're a good coach for someone but not for us. You're allowing them to control you and your family. I said your family. You work to eat and you know as well as we do that another team will appreciate you more. Demand more power or step but don't let them keep you from eating.
Jerry know once the playoffs start it wont be a need to talk about the cowboys so he will wait to sign mike McCarthy to stay in the headlines , fire mike and get a new voice one that can have the freedom to coach how he please and get the players they want
