Mavs have a brutal schedule coming up. They will drop in the standings, hopefully not too far.
Muvzy our guy!!
I love hardy! But he doesn't need more time! He needs to be more consistent before he gets more time
Even Klay and dlive are unhealthy 😅
Ex lakers play so well againsts lakers
Watch out for dlo next
Pj jab step was nastyyyyy 🔥🔥🔥
This team is still a 500 team with injuries, won’t beat the top teams but should still compete and beat the bad teams as they should. Just gotta stay in playoff contention until Luka/kai get back and they CANT trade Grimes, he’s still young and is our best two way guard, best catch and shoot player, best perimeter defender, and he’s a winner. Better pay tha man this summer.
Stop making too much fuzz about this Mav's win. Lakers just sucks.
Nah i think its a big fuzz because AD and Lebron were on the floor and the Mavs bench blew the Lakers starting 5
I'd love to see the Mavs in the finals again.
This game was incredible! The Mavs have had a rough go of it here lately, but in this game, guys like PJ and Grimes really stepped it up. I’m happy to see them getting the praise they deserve.
These new players have been so great, that I forget they weren’t a part of the finals team last years. As a Mavs fan, I have absolutely fallen in love with the new guys in addition to the Mavs veterans.
Hardy is good as scorer on catch-and-shoot opportunities and on drives. His decision-making is terrible, so he hurst the team when he runs point or even when he attempts drive-and-kicks (when he drives he should just commit to to shooting). He also has a hard time with mental lapses on defense.
I rly like the whole mavs rooster atm. Boys play and guard one another
I loÊ»ve how people analyze these plays like they intentionally set them up like that… it just happens during a game, you're double teamed, you look for a free teammate, its not like you plan to get double teamed and pass it to a teammate
Where are those comments that mavs don't need luka or trade luka shshssnsmsn
lots people have forgotten that were also missing exum probably our best player to come off the bench last season and top 5 clutchest players for us last season
they will sit 5 or 6 in the west untill luka and kyrie are back and then they will go on a run been saying this for a minute they are the 3rd best team in the league
Hardy needs to defend better to solidify his position.
This game was a major confidence boost. Also losing 5 games before facing the Lakers, it was a must win.
They had to learn to play without the stars. It was going to take some time. They should definitely turn it around now. Grimes has been a steal. We got him for Hardaway 😂
I'm hopeful that Kyrie and Luka's absence is a positive for the team. When we have a fully healthy team again, we should be even better than last year.
Is Q Grimes a coming superstar? Something reminds me about J Brunson last stay in Dallas and what happened then. Hope Mavericks learned the lesson!
Mavs fans should be throwing flowers at Nico for the composition of this team.
Good watch. Hardy is an undersized 2 guard who can score, and those aren't hard to come by in the NBA. I'm glad he's on our bench with a fair contract, but he wont get more minutes unless our starters stay hurt. What Hardy really needs to excel (in my humble opinion) is a large defensive gaurd playing alongside him, think Dyson Daniels for reference, and a point forward or point center, Joker is the first one who comes to mind, running the offense. Hardy-Daniels-3&D wing-Dunker PF-Joker is a "roster" that would allow for Hardy so see his play elivate. I just dont see NBA teams building their roster around a Hardy type player though.
The league seems to be transitioning to four players who are 6'5"-6'8" and a center. With that being said, the Cavs are absolutely stomping through competition this year and their starting gaurds of Garland & Mitchell are 6'1" & 6'3"… They also start two players who are really centers, both 6'11" in Mobley & Allen, so who knows.
